Terry Lorant has been photographing faces around the nation for more than 25
years. Specializing in location work for corporate, editorial, and nonprofit
clients, Terry's work includes a 15-year documentary project for San
Francisco's Pickle Family Circus (with Jon Carroll and published by Chronicle
Books) and regular features for San Francisco Magazine, as well as on-site
executive portraiture for some of the Bay Area's best companies.
Ms Lorant is known for her creative teamwork and is exceptionally adept at bringing out the strongest and best qualities of her subjects to produce dynamic, compelling images. In addition to her striking portraiture, Terry's portfolio also includes an impressive collection of architecture, environmental design, product, food and still life shots. Reconstructing Aphrodite is her first published series of nudes.
